It’s snowing here. AGAIN. Argh. ARGH, I say.
**headdesk**
I mean, it’s not exactly the storm of the century. We’re supposed to get 2-4″ at this point. Problem is, at the moment it looks like the sky is trying to dump it all at the same time, which is never good as far as roads being passable, or runways being fit for planes to take off on.
I AM SO FUCKING SICK OF SNOW!!! I haaaate snow! I hated snow before it started falling every other damn day, and now? I would love to kick it in its stupid fluffy white BALLS.
(snowballs, get it? Ha!)
Things to be grateful for at this point:
1. I do not live in the northeast and therefore am not forced to tunnel my way out from under drifts taller than me.
2. If my flight gets cancelled, I’ll at least be sleeping at home tonight instead of in an airport in New Jersey (my connecting flight is in Newark for some reason).
Y’all cross your fingers. I’ll be in a rotten mood if I don’t get my trip to Epicon! I haven’t been to N.O. in ages, and I am SO looking forward to seeing all my buds. And hey, if anyone can remember the name of the restaurant across the street and down the road a bit from the Riverwalk Mall, with the live music and dancing and the AWESOME fried alligator tail, please let me know. I wanna go there O_O
