I’m insane. I’ll freely admit it. Myself and several of the critique partners have signed up to participate in NaNoWriMo this year. For those of you who aren’t sure what that is, NaNoWriMo is National Novel Writing Month, and it takes place in November. From November 1st to midnight on the 30th,NaNoWriMo participants are challenged to write a 50,000 word novel. If you make it to the 50K mark, you’re a NaNoWriMo winner! It might sound easy, but I participated (and won) last year and I nearly passed out on December 1st from how mentally exhausting it was.

Wish us luck :)

Definitely. We just need a little determination and a lot of caffeine and it will be fine…well the book will anyway. Can’t guarantee that any of us will be too well off in our jobs after this. lol. I am so excited that NaNoWriMo is here again and fully intend on getting to that 50 K mark. :)
