Though I don’t have a story in this anthology, MLR is the publisher and my fabulous editor is doing the editing. It’s also a terrific cause that will benefit Lamda Legal’s fight for marriage equality.
The antho is scheduled for release some time in January. So stay tuned for that. Here’s the blurb and relevant info.
***************
Do you support the right of any human being to marry the person they
love? The right to say ‘I Do’ to a life of commitment and sharing
with that one special person? Through sickness and health, for better
or worse, till death do them part?
We do.
That’s why the following authors have donated stories to this
anthology in the hope of making the dream of marriage a reality that
everyone can share:
Alex Beecroft, Allison Wonderland, Cassidy Ryan, Charlie Cochrane,
Clare London, Emma Collingwood, Erastes, Fiona Glass, Jeanne Barrack,
Jerry Wheeler, Lee Rowan, Lisabet Sarai, Marquesate, Mallory Path,
Moondancer Drake, P.A Brown, Sharon Maria Bidwell, Storm Grant,
Tracey Pennington, Z.A Maxfield, and Zoe Nichols.
Printing and distribution costs have been kindly donated by MLR
Press. (www.mlrpress.com)
All profits from this anthology will go to the Lambda Legal Fund,
http://www.lambdalegal.org/,
to help them fight the cause of marriage
equality in the CA Supreme Court and beyond.
Written by Kimberly Gardner
As early as the seventh grade, Kimberly remembers slashing her favorite rockstars and reading romance. So it’s not surprising that her two passions, romance and putting pretty boys with other pretty boys, should come together in her writing. Moliere said, “Writing is like prostitution. First you do it for love, then for a few close friends, then for money.” Kimberly is delighted to finally be doing it for money.
