Sorry to hear about your fur people. I know I had to put my cat down that I had for 16 years, I got her in 2nd grade and grew up with her(this was done 17 years ago, wow, that long ago?) you never forget about them and will ALWAYS remember what they did for you and you will look back at the stupid things they did. I remember my first fur people almost every day. I have another old fur people and not looking forward to losing her, even thou I inherited her from my hubby and his mom. Glad you have other fur people to keep you company.

I know how you feel Jet. Three weeks ago I had to put my dog Rhett to sleep. This was something I knew was going to happen though, and I was a little prepared for it. Unfortunately a week later I also had to have my cherished cat Lexi put to sleep too. Having to so unexpectedly put Lexi to sleep too, about broke my heart. I know they are in a better place and free of pain, but that dose not make me miss them any less.

Sorry for your loss, I know how hard it is, lost 2 dogs and a cat over the last 2 years that have been with me for many years.

Yes. the pain made the end hard. but they’re free of that now and I’m glad for that.

I’m so sorry for your loss, Jet. I’m sorry they didn’t go away peacefully. I guess that hurts the most.
