Ya’ll thought I forgot again. I didn’t forget, I’ve been running around like a madwoman today. It was grocery day. YUCK! I hate shopping. Okay let me clarify that, I hate shopping unless it’s in a bookstore. Any other store- okay scratch that. Home Depot is pretty cool too.

Anyway, the point is I didn’t forget. We’ve just finished the short story for Ties That Bind. I must say I’m pleased. It’s a fun light read and I like the characters. I’ve got to do some self-editing, but it’s D-O-N-E. Oddly enough I’m not feeling the typical End-of-MS-Blues. I’m actually excited to be starting another story. Conor here I cum, er come, I meant come, I swear. Time to start bugging Dick about finding me more pictures of my inspiration for Conor, preferably nekkid ones. Pssst. You listening VEPB? Conor. Nekkid.

I’ve been doing some reading on writing motivation and have started keeping a journal. Yeah, kinda lame, I’ve never seen myself as the journal type. But so far so good. It’s supposed to help get me in the “writing mood” and generate ideas. We’ll see. So far I like it.

Until next time…
