I’m planning to hit the road again in 2 weeks to attend the Gay Erotic Expo in NYC. It’s a great time, lots of mostly unclothed young men with great smiles and sultry stares–all meant for someone other than me, yes, but it’s fun to observe! The event is fast paced and enjoyable but traveling to the city is always such a chore. The train ride is a tad long–7 hours- I use the train because I don’t have to worry about luggage weight limits when I bring large amounts of promotional materials and books, the cabbies are a nightmare, and the hotel rates are staggering. I go because it’s a great place to be but I hate getting there and staying there! Wish me luck from October 19th -22nd. I’ll be mixing it up in the Big Apple.
