Well not too much to report this week. Things are going pretty well and I’m a little over halfway done, YEA! Lets see, I’ve been writing pretty reguarly, a scene a day. Today has been a bit awkward. First I didn’t know whose pov to put the latest scene in. Then Odin started playing with his new toy.

The other day Ty bought Odin a new toy at the grocery store. Well I didn’t think much of it. We got home and I discovered that it wasn’t the average squeaky toy. It has a battery operated ball inside that vibrates and sings. When we first discovered this, Ty thought is was so cool. Odin, on the other hand, wasn’t so sure. It took Odin about two times of Ty making the stupid little green fish with sparkly fins shake and sing before Odin decided it was cool too. Now he prances around the house like a pony and tosses the fish into the air, letting it fall and go off. So as soon as it quits shaking and singing, he picks it up again and tosses it in the air. Ty no longer thinks it’s cool, and I certainly don’t. Odin, however, hasn’t lost his fascination with it. Something tells me the batteries are going to go missing pretty soon.

So today snce I couldn’t decide on the pov I moved on to the next scene. Just finished it and now I’m backtracking to the skipped scene. I’m pretty sure I want it in Jake’s pov, sooo…We’ll see. Sometimes they decide I’m wrong…after I’ve written it of course. Just once I wish the danged characters would speak up BEFORE it’s written. Anyway, wish me luck and hope Remi doesn’t speak up halfway through writing and decide I was wrong and it should have been in his pov.

I’m suddenly very grateful that my cat’s toys are all silent O_o

Good luck with the next scene. I hope Jake and Remy can make out–I mean, be good and help you figure out whose POV it should be in.

I love being able to learn your writing process. Without Reservation is one of my favorite books. I can’t wait to read Jake and Remi’s story! Good Luck getting them to stay on track!
